“More than 25 years ago, Dawn and I were working 80 hours a week in tiny cubicles in the Schrafft’s Center in Boston, and we said ‘there’s gotta be a better way to make a living,’ and that someday we’d do something we love.” In 2019, best friends and business partners Dawn Pantano and Sharon Pozzi-Thomas made that dream a reality, opening Changing Tides Cafe & Donut Shop in Newburyport, MA.
